Amaranthine Flux LLC is dissolved in South Carolina now.
New business formations in Georgia are underway. The process looks like it will probably be slower, more organic.
I’m keeping this website for now to offer free content.

Upon researching business relocation to Georgia, I discovered that this is not possible. The only way to have a business in Georgia is to either create another branch office in the state and maintain the original business location, or to dissolve the first business and create a new one in Georgia.
I have officially left South Carolina, and will not be maintaining any business ties to that state, so dissolving this business and starting a new one is the way to go.
So the store on this site will not be reopened for now. I doubt that I will maintain this business name if/when I open a business in Georgia, so the quest continues. I will keep this website going through the transition, and will keep posting updates as business formation progresses.
The past 8 days have certainly been a lurch with so many changes it’s given me a bit of whiplash.
I moved to Georgia! There are the regular business things to manage at the end of the year, and then the logistics of getting the business transferred to a different state. Georgia is particular, so while I get things situated, I’m keeping the store part of the website unavailable. In the meantime, I’m updating and editing the other webpages.
This Window of Reconciliation this December has been a doozy for sure.
Looks like different pages are coming back online alright. The store is being problematic, so I am in touch with people who can help me get it back online again.
Otherwise, I’m just chugging right along.
A few days ago, I visited this very website to ponder some needed updates. What I found was a website in it’s birthday suite without even a theme selected. The scandal! So, I have initiated Project Website Restoration, and it’s coming along. After a hard slog of getting the basic format and main web pages restored, I am taking a break.
